If anyone was listening to Hot 100 at approximately 16:00 hours on the 16th of February 2009 they would have heard the radio presenter say the following:
Verbatim.
"I think Limewire is about the meltdown because we just had so many people calling up to find out the name of that song. It was 'Day and Night' by 'Kid Cuti' remixed by Crookers. It is 'brand new' music to Hot 100".
Not only was this track released in July 2008, his name is KID CUDI. Furthermore, why does this presenter feel the need the blatantly promote limewire on air? This is exactly what we're trying to stop with this blog.
Kid Cudi or Scott Mescudi to his mum, is a young MC from Ohio who is signed to Fools Gold Records (A-Trak's Label). He is an amazing freestyle rapper and I urge everyone to go out and PAY for his album "Plain Pat Presents a Kid Named Cudi".
iTunes and Beatport both have the album and the remix available for purcahse on their respective sites.
